As announced previously, contest registration is open, and the deadline is fast approaching! The deadline is April 12th and we would like to see all music students participate. It will be a great opportunity to get unbiased third party feedback and a rating / grade. Full rules are linked from our website, but here are some highlights:
- Everyone will be rated from 1 to 5: 1 being Excellent and 5 being Needs Significant Improvement
- You will also receive a ratings sheet with feedback from the judges
- Registration deadline is April 12th, by which time you need to e-mail shanti@ragapriya.org with:
- Name
- Grade
- Phone number
- Address and e-mail address
- Teacher’s name
- Teacher’s phone number
- Teacher’s e-mail address
- Song the participant wishes to present
All music students should take advantage of this opportunity. Getting continuous feedback is the best way to grow as a musician.
